Headlight MOD best course of action

What's the best course of action for this scenario here:

After a few months of having my Road Star Warrior and trying to avoid all sorts of mods on it, I finally had the courage. EFFIN FINALLY! I did a full LED headlight and bucket on my Warrior but I used OEM for the mounting hardware. This is the only option where I can keep my tachometer intact so, I figured I would give it a go. But now there's something limiting me from adjusting up/down and side/side. So I decided, I should let go of the OEM... I went ahead and searched for a replacement and used Akmties YMH-10 but it's not working on everything else except the headlight. I'm feeling down and quite annoyed because I "wasted" so much money already just for a mere thirst for MOD that I don't even need to quench. My golly. What are my options here? Anything you already tried?

Tried messing with the wirings and stuff? Im pretty sure you can find your way to making all that work, maybe go see an electrical expert or some sort.

Totally feel you since going for MODs are like a hit or miss but always money spent. I guess use a universal fork-mounted brackets? Or you could try Cafe Racer-style mounts

This will allow you to put any LED headlight (5.75") into the Warrior factory housing and retain adjustment.

I am running a JW Speaker adaptive LED with their 8200621 bracket in the stock housing. This I admit is a very pricey headlight and had the next level innovation bracket been out when I did this I would have run it instead. My personal opinion is that this will be one of the best and biggest safety mod you will ever do to this bike. Just spend the money and do it right. Doesn’t have to be the JW speaker light but find one that actually cast a useful beam pattern down the road and has a decent cutoff so you don’t blind oncoming traffic. Fun fact about blinding lights in dark situations, drivers tend to steer towards the light due to target fixation. Good LED lights with good patterns and good cutoffs are few and far between for our bikes so do your research. Don’t buy into the lumens hype, there’s a lot more to it. Try and find some testing that shows the actual lux at 25’, as this tells a lot more of the story.

You folks are aware of the rswarrior forum, correct? There are decades of resources and knowledge on that forum. Anything and everything you can think of for these bikes has been discussed over and over on that site. Tons of docs and pics, part numbers etc.

@pepperonana the Akmties YMH-10, huh? the way that it's not working on everything else except the headlight pretty much means tht a wiring issue beyond just the main headlight plug
Many aftermarket LED headlights (especially the cheaper ones) come with an H4 plug for the main high/low beam, but the running lights, DRLs, or turn signal functions (if the light has them built-in) often have separate, generic wires
You need to splice those extra wires into your Warrior's existing running light/turn signal wiring. It's not always plug and play beyond the main beam
