BASIKER valve stems

Saw these new valve stems and was wondering if anyone has tried them. I've always used the regular 90 degrees ones with the thick rubber ends, but they tend to shift around too much when attaching an air chuck. These look a lot more stable imo. Does anyone know if our valve stem holes are a standard size? These measure 10mm at the threads and 12mm at the rubber seal. Anyone encounter these yet?

Most of the valve stem holes are standard 11-12mm for the rubber seal and 8-10mm threads. I think that it's going to be a good fit for your bike but to be on the safe side i suggest you check with vehicle's manufacturer or tire shop before making any switch. Have you compared these valves with your current ones for compatibility?

Good to know, thanks! Yeah i might have to visit some shops just to be a 100% sure

Yes yes 10mm/12mm sizing should work fine with most standard valve stem holes which is usually around 11.5–12mm, make sure the sealing surface fits well with the rim and torque them down evenly

Thanks for the info! Just to be clear, do you recommend any specific torque specs for tightening those BASIKER valve stems? And is there a risk of damaging the rim if theyre over-tightened?
